No Script, Joshua Will Swiftly Knock Jake Paul Out - Hearn Asserts

I have no genuine justification for Anthony Joshua vs. Paul. It's wild the fact it's happening and I feel the critics are spot on.

But, we simply could not refuse it. No boxer in their right mind would have said no. Anybody claiming they'd refuse is utterly dishonest through their teeth.

We took a fight that we think is quite simple, will provide AJ a huge profile in the United States and among his career-high paydays.

The Plan For This Bout

AJ was going to have a run-out fight this November in Saudi - an eight-rounder versus a guy ranked around 100th in the heavyweight rankings.

It was an opportunity to wrap the hands with his fresh training team, make the ringwalk and get some rounds in. Now, we're doing that same tune-up however for fifty times the purse.

We have a clear game plan in mind - to stop Jake Paul out as soon as possible. Then, we go into regular business resuming next year.

AJ will fight versus a world-class fighter next February and - should things go to plan - he will then fight Tyson Fury.

So there's a method behind this craziness and accepting this fight will not harm Joshua's legacy. But a loss against Paul or it even going the distance certainly would.

That would be an absolute catastrophe and awfully embarrassing.

There are also those who say if Anthony Joshua does not stop him inside the first round then it's an embarrassment.

He's expected to dominate this opponent however, blimey, give him two to three stanzas just in case. Because how Jake approaches it will reflect on the speed of destruction.

Should he come forward, it will end rapidly. However if he fights defensively and trying to clinch and stick and move, then he may survive a few rounds.

We're not going to see AJ charge across the squared circle in the first few seconds and begin swinging wildly.

Just like his approach against Francis Ngannou, he will step in there, measure him up and then go in with his power shots.

Jake Paul Has the Ability to Whack a Little Bit

I've heard figures like Roy Jones Jr and Teddy Atlas saying you cannot dismiss Jake Paul out in this fight. Am I losing the plot ? Is there anything they're seeing that I am missing?

But in spite of his self-belief, zeal, dedication and improved skills, he ought to be being knocked out by Anthony Joshua.

Once AJ Lands, It Is Finished

Jake and his team are hoping for a lot of factors. Hoping AJ underestimates him, hoping AJ is shot, banking on AJ's lack of activity will be a factor, banking on AJ lacks confidence, banking on AJ's chin has deteriorated.
